We really enjoyed the time here and will be returning here soon. Hot and delicious breakfasts with mindblowing local honey. the staff were accommodating. Double room with sunshine pouring through the windows accommodated us perfectly. Had great location in minutes away from Slipstream Sculpture arranged by the concierge.

It was a gorgeous place, had best staff right from doorman. We were upgraded to brand-new double room with a perfect view of ponte vecchio. The location was very central, great for a palace and a gallery located near the hotel. Great to be 500 metres away from Yo Sushi, enjoyed our meal there.

Had a GREAT stay during our incredible vacation in Italy. We appreciated the comforts of this trendy boutique hotel. the best thing was how excellent the staff were. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Seattle Waterfront was great and beautiful. The St Regis Florence in Florence was the perfect place for our unforgettable Italian getaway. the boutique hotel not only provided us with great comforts but also dazzled us with the excellent service from the staff. its beautiful location just a short walk from Seattle Waterfront added to the overall incredible experience.

Food was great and I have nothing but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING memories from this trip. Well-trained staff and beautiful location to the major sights, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was close to wonderful restaurants, Florence for the first time since 2005 and the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. I had coffee at Bianco e, located within 5 minutes walk. The room was well-equipped with sunshine pouring through the windows, a balcony overlooking the town and a bedroom, at least for me. The breakfast was nice hot and large and included.

Very small room with two tiny drawers and that was an upgrade. I would not stay there again.

The double room was impressive. the staff, including the doorman, were well-trained and highly professional. the location is magnificent and unbeatable. the hotel is situated next door to all the major sites, including the train station and Uffizi Gallery.

Service was outstanding. Location on the river in central Florence was perfect.
